Development of executive project for Rancho San Lucas hotel, 600 units, 31 buildings. It includes 15 kv, 200 amperes underground medium voltage network, as well as low voltage networks of each building (estimated load 6 MW).

Integral project of the underground medium voltage network, 15 kv, 600 and 200 amperes, with 6 three-phase circuits for supplying electricity to hotel, residential lots, golf course and facilities such as treatment plant and pumping tanks, with an estimated load of 27 MW

Construction of civil works of the underground medium voltage network, 15 kv, installing 3" and 4" high density polyethylene pipe for 6 feeder circuits, as well as visiting wells type T, X, L and P.
